I Have Something To Say

Hey so real quick,

Something just hit me. So at my new job, it came about that one of our managers will be resigning due to some work issues. In this case, it’s due to workplace issues. I remember saying yesterday, that some people within the workplace think that they’re able to abuse their “power” and/or can think that they can bully those who they think are weak. You know? Yadda yadda. Seeing who it is that they can devour. And I said specifically, people think they can get that off on trying to bully someone but never try it with the ones that they know for sure they can’t boss around or intimate.

Doesn’t that sound familiar? Just with a little twist to it? So this analogy came to me on my break today. The enemy is the bully (with truly no power or authority) then God is the teacher. He is our teacher.

The enemy or a “bully” will continue to bully you, as long as you allow them. When you don’t know who you are and who you are in Christ, it can go the same way. If we don’t know who we are in Him, then we can become bullied and ran all over just the same way.

Then the aspect of God being our teacher. It’s the same way. He teaches, He gives pop quizzes to see where we are, then here comes the test. We can go to the teacher when we need help, when we need understanding or if we need clarity so we can see where we are messing up. Study time? Get to know more of what’s being taught. Ask questions, get wisdom, spend time with Him, His word, His resources. But test time? Just like the teacher, walking around through the aisles of the classroom. He could be standing right behind you & you not know but is just watching you to see. He’s silent, but He’s there.

Now before I ramble on some more, I just want to say. Just stay the course. We know more than we think we know. We’ve grown more than we think we have. We’re doing more than what we’re giving ourselves credit for. As far as being bullied, the only way we can stop that is by finding out who we are, know WHO’S we are & know who we are in Him 🤍
